Child molestation suspect arrested in Arkansas; returned to Gibson County | Crime
A suspect in a Gibson County child molestation case has been returned to Indiana after being arrested in Arkansas.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Jeffrey Pannell is a suspect in two separate criminal cases. They say he left the area after the investigation came to a close.
The first warrant involves child molestation charges, the second warrant includes charges of criminal confinement, sexual battery and sexual conduct in the presence of a minor. All are felonies.
Pannell is being held in the Gibson County Jail on a $17,000 bond.
Assisting in these investigations was the U.S. Marshals, Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, Detective Mike Hurt Princeton Police, Division of Child Services, and Holly’s House.
