Man arrested for forgery in Gibson County | Crime
Last week, the Princeton Police Department saw multiple counterfeit bills appear around town. Police say the bills had the same serial number and that number matched the serial number on other counterfeit bills found in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.
On Saturday, police say David L. Ray was arrested in Gibson County and charged with forgery.
Detective Ryan Turner with the Mt. Carmel Police Department says there was also a warrant out for Ray's arrest in Illinois for violating his probation.
