Good parenting earns families free baby essentials | Health

The Gibson County Health Department offers new mothers and fathers the opportunity to get baby essentials like diapers and bibs for free. 

Parents can earn coupons by taking children to monthly doctor appointments, getting immunizations, documenting good prenatal care, to name a few.

Those coupons can then be used to purchase goods at the health department. 

Vicki Page helps run the program that offers things like wipes, pacifiers, bubble bath and new mothers can't have enough diapers. 

Page says the program helps families with the baby essentials while practicing good parenting habits. 

The Angel Store is open on Wednesdays.
