Firefighters battle barn fire in Gibson County
GIBSON CO., IN (WFIE)- Crews in Gibson County were on the scene of a barn fire this morning. They say they received the call just before 5 this morning.
Authorities say it is happened on County Road 425 West, just south of State Road 68. That's about halfway between Cynthiana and Haubstadt.
Crews had about 3 miles of the road blocked off as they fought that fire.
Officials say that the fire was near a house but the fire was contained to the barn.
Dispatch says the fire has been put out and the road is back open.
Officials says the barn was a complete loss.
Dispatch says there were no injuries with that fire.
