GIBSON COUNTY, IN (WFIE)- Indiana State Police arrested a man Tuesday night, after they say he hid marijuana in a teenage girl's shirt.
Authorities say they pulled over 36-year-old Joseph Tieken for going 17 miles over the speed limit in Oakland City.
He was driving with his 17-year-old girlfriend.
Troopers say they could smell burnt marijuana while talking to Tieken during the traffic stop, and found out Tieken had been smoking pot earlier while driving.
Officials say they also found out Tieken had allegedly given a small bag of weed to his girlfriend to hide under her shirt, before troopers approached the vehicle.
Tieken was arrested and taken to Gibson County Jail, where he is currently held on bond.
He is charged with Possession of Marijuana with a Prior Conviction and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor.
Tieken was also arrested in 2012 for possessing marijuana.
The girl was not arrested.
