CAUGHT ON CAMERA:  Princeton building collapses onto car

About 1:38 Tuesday afternoon, part of a building on the East side of the courthouse square in Princeton fell into the street. 

There were no injuries but two cars parked below were damaged.  The passenger side of one car was crushed.

Gibson County home sales are down 28.4% this year according to data in a jointly released report from the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR) and the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR).

Agricultural economist: Indiana farmland values still rising

 A Purdue agricultural economist expects Indiana farmland values to keep rising this year, continuing a trend that has seen them increase by 270 percent since 1985.

Farmland increased in value by 12 percent last year. In June 2010, the average price for an acre of land in Indiana was $4,419.
