INDOT to close SR 64 in Princeton next week | Transportation
The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 64 will be closing to repair a railroad crossing in Princeton.
On Monday, October 7, at approximately 8:00 a.m. local time, railroad crews will close S.R. 64 from the junction of U.S. 41 to the junction of State Road 65. Crews will be making repairs to the crossing 1.35 miles east of U.S. 41. All work is scheduled to be complete by 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, October 11, weather permitting.
The official detour will route traffic on U.S. 41, S.R. 56 and S.R. 65.
INDOT encourages motorists to slow down and pay special attention while traveling in work zones.
